6. .What if our plane is delayed and we miss BVI Customs & Immigration?

If we cannot clear in at the first Port of Entry (West End, Sopers Hole), we will then go to Road Town. Road Town currently closes at 8:00PM - so if we have to apply for a late clearance (which can only be done the day of), there may be an additional fee of $25.00 per person. We recommend booking a flight into St. Thomas that lands no later than 3:30-4:00PM. Similarly, your departure flight out of St. Thomas should be no earlier than 1:00PM.

7. Why should we choose a private water taxi over the regular ferry option?

It’s faster, it’s more reliable, it’s affordable, and it’s obviously a lot cooler! We also pick you up on your time so there is no waiting on ferry schedules and we take you directly dockside or yacht side to your final destination, taking care of all customs and immigration paperwork while you chill out on board meaning there is no need to wait in the crowds/queues.

8.  Can we be picked up elsewhere other than West End?

We can pick you up from wherever you desire! Just let us know on our booking form and we can quote you accordingly. Our homebase is West End, so depending on the other locations will have a surcharge.

9. Is lunch or food included?

Unfortunately not! But we can take you to some great beach front resturants/bars where you can grab a bite to eat! If you would like to have snacks on board, please let us know and for an additional charge we can provide this for you. For example; Dorito’s, granola bars, fruit etc.
